FAIN McDougal has been active in real estate since 1979 with a broad range of experience in the brokerage, development and investment of commercial and industrial real estate. Having spent ten years with Trammell Crow Company's Houston Industrial Division, he specialized in the development and leasing of office service center and office warehouse projects. With a move to Bryan/College Station, Texas in 1989, he worked with Adam Corporation / Group developing residential subdivisions and brokering REO properties. In 1993, he established McDougal & Company specializing in Industrial and Commercial Real Estate and currently represents commercial and industrial projects, residential development and selected ranch properties. Mr. McDougal is a member of: The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and holds the designation SIOR - Specialist Industrial and Office Real Estate; REALTORS Land Institute; ALC - Accredited Land Consultant; Bryan/College Station Regional Association of Realtors; Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.	MICHAEL MOORE joined McDougal & Company in 2004. Michael specializes in rural property. Having been associated with all aspects of production agriculture (specifically farm and ranch management) for the past 35 years, he has a solid knowledge of land utilization. Michael was born in Navasota and has spent his adult life in the Brazos Valley area. His life experiences, family heritage and education give him a deep appreciation and respect for the land.
